It’s October, which means Halloween is right around the corner, but it’s also Breast Cancer Awareness Month. As someone who’s been personally affected by breast cancer in the family, it’s so important to remember to self-check - not just in October, but every month.
I wanted to dye up some spur-of-the-moment sock sets that are a little spooky and a LOT of pink to serve as a reminder or to knit socks with for Socktober. I’ll be making a donation to breast cancer research using the proceeds. 🩷
The sock sets are limited to Lofty Sock and Plump Sock, but I wanted to include some additional bases, so we’ve also got Glimmer and Tweed Sock in this update (without the minis). If these sell out quickly or there’s demand, I’ll open up preorders!

Care Instructions
It is recommended to hand wash and lay flat to dry, but the fiber is machine-wash and dry-able.
Each skein is thoroughly rinsed, but be aware that some additional bleeding may occur for the first few washes. You can include a color-catcher or a bit of white vinegar as added protection.
Additional Information
Small batch hand-dyed yarn is unique in that no two skeins are identical. If you are working on a project with multiple skeins, we highly recommend alternating them to prevent pooling and to blend them together.
