How should I care for my Items made with your yarn?
All of our bases are superwash merino, unless otherwise stated, so they are safe for machine washing on gentle. However, I highly recommend light hand washing and laying flat to dry.
Are the items crafted in a non-smoking home?
Yes, all items are created in a 100% smoke-free home.
Are the items crafted in a pet-free home?
No, all items are made in a dog and cat-friendly home. However, items are stored in an animal-free room and they have very limited access to these items.
Do you take custom orders?
At this time I am not accepting custom color requests. However, if you’d like a custom order for a certain project’s worth of yarn or you want to request a repeatable colorway on a base that is not currently in stock, then please feel free to contact me!
What Yarn Bases do you carry?
All of the bases I currently stock can be found on the Bases page.
Do you accept returns and/or refunds?
I gladly accept returns and exchanges on non-custom items (including kits) if you a) Contact me within: 7 days of delivery and b) Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery. Items must arrive in the same condition they were received. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping and a restocking fee could apply. Please see the shop policies for more information.
How soon will you ship my items?
All in-stock items will typically ship in 1-3 business days.
Dyed-to-order items have a processing time of 1-2 weeks, unless otherwise stated.
I purchased a pattern. How do I download it?
You will receive an email letting you know your digital download is ready. Follow the link in that email to download your pattern. You'll also see a button on the order confirmation page. You are limited to 3 downloads per purchase!
