PAYMENT
Wholesale orders must be paid, in full, at time of ordering if ordering under 50 hanks. Wholesale orders totaling more than 50 hanks can be paid with a 50% down-payment with the remainder plus shipping due at completion. Please contact me directly if this applies to your order. Please note that your order will not be added to the wholesale queue until payment is received.
Wholesale orders may be purchased directly on the website under the Wholesale Section. This section is password protected with IWANTLOFTYLOOPSYARNS2018. You may add individual listings to your cart by mixing and matching however best suits your shop.
Purchasing your wholesale orders through the website will allow you to choose your payment option – PayPal or Credit Card.
If ordering a larger wholesale order, an invoice can be created and emailed via PayPal and payment is expected promptly. PayPal permits the use of credit cards to pay invoices as well as PayPal Balance or linked Bank Accounts without providing the sensitive information to us. It protects both the buyer AND seller when transactions are performed appropriately.
For larger wholesale orders (over 50 hanks), a second invoice will be emailed upon completion of the order and shipping will only occur after the balance has been paid in full.
TURNAROUND
There is a 3-4 week turnaround time for all wholesale orders. This ensures Lofty Loops Yarns will have adequate time to fulfill your order with accuracy and the highest quality. If your order comes at an overly busy time, Lofty Loops Yarns may extend this turnaround time for your order. You will be informed of this at the time of ordering.
SHIPPING
Shipping is estimated at the time of ordering and will be added to the invoice/checkout process. If overages occur, it will be refunded when it exceeds $2. If you are outside of the United States, the purchaser is responsible for an duty/customs/VAT charges in place by your government. Shipping insurance is included on all orders over $100.
We ship USPS; if you would like it shipped by a different method, please contact us.
MINIMUMS
There is a minimum of 10 hanks per base and 4 hanks per colorway. Please view the individual listings for more details on the minimums per base.
COLORWAYS
For an example of the current, active colorways regularly stocked in the stop, please see loftyloopsyarns.com/colorways. Custom colorways can be requested based off an inspiration photo you provide (assuming it is not another dyer’s work). This colorway would be exclusive to your account for 6 months. After this time, Lofty Loops Yarns reserves the right to sell this colorway to any other buyers, both retail and wholesale.
